Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 7, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Electron Game Studios ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile games (the "Apps").

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.

Our Apps use analytics, session replay, and advertising SDKs that automatically collect certain device and usage data (see Analytics and Advertising sections below).

Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob and its partners may collect information such as device identifiers, approximate location, and app activity to provide personalized ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

By default, our Apps serve personalized ads. If you are in a region that requires consent (such as the EEA/UK), we will request your consent before serving personalized ads or using cookies/identifiers as required by law. You may also limit ad personalization through your device settings.

Some Apps offer a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase that disables all advertising.

In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases through Google Play Billing (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Purchase transactions are processed entirely by the platform provider (Google or Apple). We do not collect or store your payment information.

Device Permissions

Our Apps may request the following device permissions:

Camera — Used solely to scan QR codes for sharing game content (such as custom board layouts). Camera data is processed on-device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Internet — Required for serving ads, processing in-app purchases, and sending analytics data.

Notifications — Some Apps may request permission to send local notifications (such as daily streak reminders). Notifications are opt-in only and can be enabled or disabled at any time in the App's settings. We do not send push notifications from a remote server.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services that may process data:

Google AdMob — Advertising (see Advertising section above).

Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — In-app purchase processing.

TikTok for Business (App Events SDK) — Used to measure whether advertising campaigns lead to app installs. The SDK may collect device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), app activity (install, launch, and retention events), and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is sent to TikTok/ByteDance for advertising attribution and campaign measurement. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.

Google Firebase Analytics — Used to understand how players interact with the Apps, measure retention, and improve the gameplay experience. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers, app activity (such as session starts, gameplay events, and feature usage), and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is sent to Google and processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Amplitude — Used for product analytics to understand how players interact with the Apps, measure feature adoption, and improve the gameplay experience. Amplitude may collect device identifiers, app activity (such as session data, gameplay events, and feature usage), and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is sent to Amplitude and processed in accordance with Amplitude's Privacy Policy. We may also use Amplitude's Session Replay feature, which records visual replays of user sessions (including screen interactions, taps, and navigation patterns) to help us identify usability issues and improve the Apps. Session replays do not capture text you type into input fields, passwords, or other sensitive on-screen content.

Google Fonts — Some Apps download font files from Google servers at runtime. This may share your device's IP address with Google.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the Apps and to improve the gameplay experience. Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as session frequency, feature usage, gameplay events (for example, runs started, runs completed, and in-game purchases), and retention metrics (such as whether a player returns on day 1, day 7, or day 30 after installing). We also set anonymous user properties (such as player level and total runs completed) to help us understand aggregate player progression. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely for product improvement and aggregate reporting.

We use TikTok's App Events SDK to measure advertising effectiveness (for example, whether a TikTok ad led to an app install). This SDK automatically tracks install, launch, and retention events. We do not use it to build user profiles or track in-app behaviour beyond these standard attribution events.

We use Amplitude for product analytics to track gameplay events, feature usage, and user flows. We may also use Amplitude's Session Replay feature, which records visual replays of user sessions (screen interactions, taps, and navigation) to help us diagnose usability issues and improve the Apps. Session replays do not capture text typed into input fields, passwords, or other sensitive content.

We do not currently use crash reporting SDKs. If we add additional analytics or crash reporting in the future, we will update this policy and our store disclosures before the change takes effect.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with ad partners and platform providers to serve ads, process purchases, measure performance, and maintain the safety and integrity of the Apps.

International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers, including Google (for AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Play Billing, and Fonts), TikTok/ByteDance (for advertising attribution), and Amplitude (for product analytics and session replay), may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where these providers operate data centres. By using the Apps, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR for EEA/UK users), these transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including Google's data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking or reset your device advertising ID in your device settings. Where available, you can purchase an ad-free option within the App to disable all advertising. You can also uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
