Witchmark
Privacy policy
Updated: October 10, 2026.
This policy applies specifically to Witchmark, published by Electron Game Studios (ElectronGameStudios on Google Play). It takes precedence over the general descriptions in the studio privacy policy where they differ. Features and services may vary by version, platform and testing or release configuration.
Current prototype
Witchmark’s current prototype stores gameplay locally. It does not currently enable advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or session-replay SDKs. We will update this policy before introducing those services; an earlier description of planned Firebase or AdMob services does not mean they are active in this version.
Local game data
Progress, settings, collections, currency, randomized-reading history and related gameplay records are stored on your device. Witchmark has no studio player account or cloud-save service. Operating-system backups may independently copy app data according to your device settings. Clearing data or uninstalling may remove progress, subject to those backups.
The current prototype does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or advertising-tracking permission. It does not upload your saved game to a studio server.
Purchases and randomized rewards
The prototype includes simulated Moonstones and randomized virtual-card Readings. Real-money billing is not enabled in the current prototype; simulated transactions do not charge your store account. Randomized rewards have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
If a later release enables real purchases, Apple or Google will process payment details, and the app may receive product and transaction information to deliver content. We will update this policy for the actual purchase and data-processing configuration before enabling additional collection. The relevant store’s rules and parental purchase controls also apply.
Intended audience
Witchmark is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over. It is not adults-only and is not directed to children under 13. Store content ratings, regional classifications and platform restrictions are separate from the intended audience and may impose different requirements. A parent or guardian must agree to the Terms where the player cannot legally agree independently.
The current prototype does not include a studio-operated age-verification service. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Support, retention and your choices
If you contact electron.cyber.secure@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer questions and investigate problems, and retain it while needed for your request and applicable obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or full purchase receipts.
Email is handled by Google under its privacy policy and may be processed outside your country. You may request access, correction or deletion of support information, subject to applicable law and verification. There is no studio account to delete. Removing local data does not automatically remove support correspondence or platform backups. The studio policy explains further privacy rights and requests.
Changes
We will revise this page as Witchmark’s actual services change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Questions can be sent to electron.cyber.secure@gmail.com.
